I'm waiting on my 23 Transit Trail extended high roof to be built so I've been watching several channels. Love your channel and I'll check out No Limit Van Life. At 72 my wife and I will do the build out. I'm a woodworker and photographer. Thanks for all the info on your channel.

Not much adventures just wrapping up school here in a month or so pretty stoked. I’m not sure if we’ve been to that shop. We’ve been through escalate a few times. Hopefully we get into some adventures soon the van is getting a little remodel now.

150W out of a nominal 200W is 75% with pretty good direct sunlight is a problem. You need to figure out if it is the panel or the MPPT. Not all mppts are made equal. Some do a very good job of finding Max power point others get stuck at 75%.
I like it for an easy basic set up to have the SCC monitor the load output. But yeah its totally not mandatory. I just thought it was odd that it didn't have it built in most SCC's do. What is your ideal set up?
Make sure you buy the panel that has pre punched holes, don't buy the one with adhesive. When that panel heats up the adhesive melts and gets sticky black tar on everything, it's such a mess. Also you can damage the panel by walking on it. If it's upside down facing the concrete
