I.ve got to say, I'm overwhelmed. So glad the gentleman chose you to share his love with the world. He must have been a very special, unique person.

The contents of the house is worth more than the house alone!

Watching this video has my anxiety level up. Don't get me wrong, it's all beautiful, but they work ahead is exhausting my brain. I'm in my 70s. I feel sorry for the man who spent his lifetime collecting and now had to sell his home/contents because he's sick. 😢 💙

This a fabulous mother load of a collection! My question is how, did this man make his money throughout his life to be able to collect all of it? I'm flabbergasted! What caught my eye a bit was the quilt on a bed in one of the rooms you showed. Something soft amongst all the cold, hard glass, statuary, and knickknacks.

Watching you go through the house and garage, then seeing the haul was incredible. The fact that the gentleman said to call you to pass on his collection is a testament to you both. Such respect for your family’s work ethic and character. Thanks for sharing this with us!

The HOUSE - the furniture oh my, how beautiful. I trust you will keep the original woodwork in place, the stairway, even the LINOLEUM!! wow- the gas stove... love love love it all. I am SURE there are folks who would love to purchase a home like that in it's original glory, hope you do not gut it and make it cookie cutter painted, etc. Thank you very much for taking us along to see this incredible property. It would say something like “this item is part of the estate of Mr---, of city, Ohio, who lovenly curated his collection for x years. Sold by Berner Brothers Antiques on date. I don’t mean to be so sentimental, Mr. X deserves to know he and his treasures will be cherished hereafter. ❤

Oh my goodness!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those lamps!!!!! Those fairy lamps!!! The Pickle Casters!!! The Loetz and that Coralene rose vase!!! The Victorian MOP, air-trapped pieces, the bridal baskets and biscuit jars, oh my! My jaw has been slack the whole video!!!! I was scanning for any EAPG Syrup/Molasses pitchers!!! Seeing the outside of this house is a good lesson on not judging a book by its cover!!! I’m familiar with these houses in Ohio and budget conscious is a good term for them. I think it is kind of the collector to send it your way so that other collectors can enjoy.

Walking through this house is like taking all the best glass at the heart of Ohio and walk through it. Amazing.

I object to cancellation of wife’s birthday dinner at 3 pm. Ya’ll could of started at 5 am next day! Heartwarming that the owner trusted you all with his collections/home. He carefully curated with love and a great eye! His furniture is REAL furniture as well. Of course you compensated for everything but he trusted you would make sure it all went to people who appreciated these pieces!

I bought a beautiful large leaded lamp as a housewarming gift for some friends. I paid 20 euros at a yard sale, crazy but the owners just needed it gone as they were so afraid of breaking it. It's not my taste at all for my home but I recognise the beaty and craftsmanship of course.
