Lately I've been getting so lucky by attending auctions where there are hardly any other bidders. That's enabled me to pick up some lockers for cheap! In this episode, we'll dive into a locker I recently snagged for just $10, and right away we see some goodies near the doorway. But can our lucky streak continue like it has? What I see is a landlord that evicted. When the tenant doesn’t take their stuff, the property is required to keep the stuff for a certain amount of time. No wonder they let it go.

I think Jana is correct. Garbage from multiple units. I’ve seen some people get fooled in the same way but paid a lot of money just to have to dump it all. At least you only paid 10 bucks.

Its either a hoarders locker, eviction locker, or another unit buyer's sneaky trash locker, that then simply gets abandoned to save dump fees. A right booby trap whatever it is. Junk and garbage. You will be able to salvage a few bucks from it, but it will be extremely hard work.

Looks like someone who buys lockers doesn't like going to the dump and throws all the junk there then stops paying. Probably rents using a xfriends name. Smart guy 👦

Jack, I have a remedy for a bad back. I am not a doctor of course so take this slow and stop if it should hurt. First, take 2 ibuprofen and a muscle relaxer if you have one. Then slowly lay on your stomach sideways on your bed. Have your girls gently pull your hands and feet so as to create a form of traction. Stay in this position for 30 to 45 minutes. Hopefully it will give you relief. Make sure your sweet wife takes care of her back. Enjoy your videos. God bless you and your family. Sherry from Alabama.

@Alana Tolerate, me too! I still enjoy watching them sift through anything I suppose like finding out about someone's dirty laundry from a distance and I love the top drawer of any piece of furniture, it's always very interesting and telling about a persons life and personality.

Get you a $30 tens unit. A few days of use and you'll be new again. I even use while I work. If nothing else it deflects your pain. Ive used them off and on for years. Pulled shoulder, back and alot before hip replacement.

You missed a decent item at 20:20. It was the manual for the Nintendo NES game Final Fantasy. It looked to be in bad shape but still sells for over $10 online.

Hey guys. Jack if you have not tried Outback pain relief might give it a try. I swear by that stuff. Has tea tree oil and eucalyptus in it so funky smell but the relief out weighs the smell. Truly the best I have found for pulled, strained, sprained muscles. I found it on Amazon. Worth every penny. Glad to see Jana. Take care folks.

This locker reminds me definitely of group homes for mentally challenged people. I have two uncles who live in group homes and the stuff you are pulling out are the stuff they and the residents they live with keep. I would assume that some of residents have passed away and nobody claimed the belongings and they stored them for a certain amount of time. The homes may have closed down hence why the lockers went unpaid.

I have a theory. This looks like junk left in apartments that a landlord kept and didn’t care what it was or how well it was stored. They kept it for people in case they came back and paid the rent, but was really not valuable enough.

get the hand held back massager I put in a previous video comment section. Its around $40 amazon and it sorts me out when I do my back. its called Renpho.. when I get a twinge I use it for about 10-15mins on the area and 48hrs later it like new. They have a another one called r3 mini massage gun.

I don’t know about California; but in the area of Illinois that I live in; My city; and surrounding cities have LendingClosetsForMedicalItems: including Walkers…..which may also contribute to People not buying them. (I bought Mine; because insurance paid for a ManualWheelchair; so they wouldn’t also pay for a Walker….)

It will get better, you knew you couldn’t have a great locker again this fast! Hang in there and don’t buy lockers that look junky when you open the door. You will get more than 10 bucks here.
