Listen to Ben Portsmouth, Bill Cherry or Pete Storm...just three of many who are much better than this guy, as good as he is, how anyone can say he sounds like Elvis is beyond me, he sings very well in the style of Elvis...not like him.

I can't say he sounds so much like Elvis, it's the emotion he puts in to the songs that I relate to, if he would only embark on an Australian tour I'd be right there

@@paulwest1813 And that is the point. He gives a tribute to Elvis, he is not trying to do an imitation of him. Not his haircut, not his suit, just Bouke sings Elvis. And yes they have quite similar voices, but they are no copies.

He is sold out for most of his shows until next year in the Netherlands and nearby. He wants to stay close to his boys. He is very grounded family man. He is so good.

He is not an impersonator. He has a huge career in the Netherlands, in Dutch. He is theirs. Elvis was ours.

I don't think he is imitating Elvis, no, he is just himself - Bouke, incredible personality and wonderful singer with a golden voice. As simple as that...🙂 Just my opinion 👍

He says he doesn't copy him and doesn't want to be compared but he does use Elvis' dance steps. And for the rest ... yeah he's an incredible singer!

@@j.engberts399 But you don't see the fake wigs, makeup and suits do you? You won't ever either. He does most of his music in Dutch. He lives in the Nethrlands, and is a sensation over there. He sells out the Ziggo Dome and it seats 88k. He is "theirs". He's been around for 20 yrs over there, they love him like we loved/love Elvis. He plans to stay there for the most part. It's all he needs. He is a Dutch singer, like elvis was an American singer. He does the tributes for us, his voice is natural, and he has grown from a 20 yr old singer to a 40-something yr old sensation. He has been to the US a couple of times, by invitation, to Graceland to do Anniversary tributes.

@@lyndawren4724 No. He is a huge Dutch singer. Been around for about 20 yrs. He fills a dome in Amsterdam that holds 88k. He has a huge career in the Netherlands, stays close to home, loves his sons, You will never see him wear a wig or a fancy suit, he doesn't need all that. He belongs to the Netherlands, we had Elvis. Read about him, he's fascinating. Most of his interviews are in Dutch though.

He is not an elvis impersonator, just does some tributes. He has a HUGE Dutch career in the Netherlands, Most of his stuff is in Dutch and you can't find a cd on Amazon international, always sold out.
