I (Cindy) worked at a grocery store in high school and David worked at Harris Teeter and was produce manager for many years. We always enjoy going in grocery stores on our travels too. Glad you enjoyed the tour. Have a great weekend!

@@johnpinckney4979 we used to have a Harris Teeter here. Back in 1999 Kroger and Harris Teeter worked out a deal and Kroger took over most of the Harris Teeter stores here in our area and Harris Teeter took over Kroger stores in the Greensboro area and other areas in NC. We miss Harris Teeter and we still stop by them when we are close to a Harris Teeter store. Hope you have a great week and again we enjoyed meeting you and having dinner the other night. We look forward to doing it again in the future.

This was another winner. The house brand sauces and other products reminded me of the Bridgeport General Store when my long time friend Ron LaRue ran it. And yes David, they carried fishing tackle! Looks like a good rainy day activity. Have a great week! God Bless!

The salad bar is wonderful! I've ate breakfast there before but its been years normally we eat the hot cooked food usually once or twice while there!

We loved the looks of the salad bar. The day we went by here we were going to Captain George's that afternoon so we did not want to eat here before going there. We definitely want to go back and try the salad bar. This store also has so much in it to see. Thanks for watching and commenting.

Now that's a grocery store on steroids lol! Wish we had something like this here at home, the seafood, meat and delicious selection looks appetizing and impressive! I am also impressed that they carried Boars Head meats which I'm definitely a big fan of, brings back memories of when Carsons Store in Concord had them in their deli back in the day, loved loved lived their sandwich pepperoni which made some of the most delicious sandwiches on the earth so thanks for taking back to memory lane! And I'm impressed with the stuffed animals selection, if my son saw all that he'd have a field day lol! Thanks for sharing this experience!

The selection in this store is YUGE! I wish we had a store like this near us too. I know where I'd be shopping. When you go in stores like this you actually enjoy shopping. Glad to bring some good memories back to you of the meats carried at Carsons Store. You would definitely be dropping some money on stuffed animals there. lol Appreciate you watching and commenting. The store is huge! So much in this store that it is unbelievable Derrick and Shawnasi suggested that we go here and they were right on target. We really enjoyed the store and will be going back. I’m totally amazed at the size of that store! I’d get lost in an establishment of that gigantic size. Can’t imagine doing my grocery shopping there; would get lost in that maze of aisles. Very interesting video. After viewing, I know what appealed to you most - fishing gear.

Yes it is! They carry so much merch in here. Everything in the produce department was so fresh. The deli/bakery area was also outstanding. You could spend days in this store and still not see everything. Thanks so much for your continued support!
