I think it is important to have 'no' strategies that you feel comfortable using in different scenarios. Like you say, getting comfortable with no and releasing that emotional guilt is a game changer!

Thanks Daniel, appreciate the content. Saying no is something I am getting better at, but still struggle to balance across all facets of life. Home, Work and Social. Saying 'No' for the greater 'Yes' is a great way of looking at the whole situation as it takes away a degree of the guilt and shame associated with saying no. Keep up the good work.

Do you find it hard to say "no"? I'd be curious to hear about the true consequences of avoiding "no" in your own life? For me, it's working too hard and having emails flow into my evenings and even weekends. Grrr... got to pull out that "No" button even more :) I'd love to hear your thoughts :)
