The biggest problem is when bondsmen try to impose their will on private citizens (people they do not have a contract with) but they want to act like they some sort of police officer. I had a clown try to break into one of my rental property saying he was looking for someone I didn’t know nor did that person never lived at that address. When we told he couldn’t search my property he said he didn’t need my permission. So he caused an altercation and got knocked out then charged with assault. He try to tell the court he was an “ officer of the court” that bs don’t fly down here in GA. He was from out of town acting on a “tip”. 😂🤣🤣🤣😂
It ain’t the same thing it’s basically like me giving you a loan and you not paying (u basically robbing me) and I got the legal right to go make a citizen arrest and hand u over to the laws . That’s the best way I can describe it

I wish yall understood law and what your states grant to people like bail bondsmen and bounty hunters. Most states allow exactly this. They put money up for Pookie bail. He skips out or don’t show they will and can in most states run up in your home without any warrant because of the promises you made. When that paper was signed.

Florida Bondsman here, as long as we do our recon, and know you are in said dwelling (home,work,shed, etc.) I can and will come in to my money (money being you that bucked bail).

Its the bond licensing. For those who don't know they are protected by the noncompliance law for them. If you are not complying the have the rights to do lets just say whatever they need to do to get you
This is the same thing my uncle does. He has a bail bondsman company and a bounty honey Company in Teaneck New Jersey. I have met people from the mafia and they actually gave me $50,000 in cash which was crazy the most I’ve had in my hand in my entire life.

In *some* states, a warrant is required for a bail agent to enter a premises to effect a bail return. In other states, a bail agent can enter on certain private property *without* a warrant in order to effect a bail surrender/discharge of surety. So I was arrested on a 250k bail called Aladdin bail bonds they came and got me out for 6k if I would have ran and never been caught the bail bonds is down 250k but I didn’t run When I was in court and the judge sentence me to 3 years probation some random guy stood up and told the judge in the correct way can he get his money back she said of course He’s not the police .it’s just a business
