Measure the arrow from the NOCK VALLE to the INSERT. My saw is the same when you try and lock the screw down it moves 1/16 shorter Just talked to Archery dezign for a draw board set. Put a shop vac on the dust tude and if you can send the air out side? the dust IS VERY BAD. Look at a scale, both for draw weight and arrow weight. and a fletching jig ( Bitezebuger REALY GOOD) and a vice wide limb. and your set
Nice bow shop! After 10 years of archery I finally feel confident and ready to start setting up my own. I built a DIY draw board today. One thing on your draw I noticed is the position of the peg that holds your bow. I think it should be turned 45 degrees so you will have vertical adjustment. What I have read and seen on RU-vid (Specifically MFJJ at Podium Archer and Average Jack Archery) is that when you naturally draw your bow, your bow hand is a couple inches lower than where your D-loop is. Having the vertical adjustment on your draw board would more closely mimic your natural draw and give you a more precise result in cam timing.
As for the tear, check spine it will tear one way for under spined (pulls left) and over spined (pulls right) (just check that?????). I have to do 6 click left to shoot Kanetic Pearce arrow (400 spine) out of my SR 6, just those arrow and ONLY it that bow. It's right on the line for spineage but pulls left which is OVER spined But I'm not!!!!! Even Lancaster were puzeled? HEATED CHAIRS and CUP HOLDER'S Then put up a big screan and play TAC shoots!
