Matthew Goode is an Emmy nominated actor known for his versatility and range from comedy to drama in both Film and TV. Shortly after his breakthrough role in Chasing Liberty he co-starred in Woody Allen’s Match Point and then Brideshead Revisited. Much praise has been heaped on him for his TV roles in The Crown, Downton Abbey and The Good Wife, as well as feature roles in A Single Man, Stoker and The Imitation Game.

he looks like a very nice rascal, the one who could make you believe everything he tells you simply becuse he tells you so with the earnest and candid face. You have the feeling he is like the clever wallflower that steals the gazes of everyone at a party doing absolutely nothing to show off and yet being more dazzling than a diamond. It must be quite a challenge to act alongside him and at the same time you could have the time of your life. ♥♥♥

Genuinely nice and honest chap. Love Mr. Goode and glad, in one way, he never made it big(ger). I think it keeps him grounded and relatable as an actor. He is entertaining on so many levels and I do love his work. Keep it up Mr. Goode!

I think he’s likely shy in certain situations. He said he doesn’t like direct contact with the audience and despite his immense talent, he doesn’t do stage acting and is not on social media. I’d qualify that as shy...or smart.

Can anyone make out what he says when he's saying, "Scenes that scare the shit out of me are scenes of intimacy and..."? I can't make out what he says right there. I think this must be very helpful for someone trying to get an acting job. I've never tried that, but have had to speak in political settings, and it seems like good advice. Any actors here have a comment?
