after seeing this newly released bowdens own snow foam called snow good was to support charity I had tocorder myself a bottle to try out

Yep I got some of this when it came out, I don't normally rush out to buy some newly released stuff but this was for a great cause.

Ok I had seen this stuff but paying the delivery fee had stopped me from pulling the trigger. Well you have me convinced I'm going to buy a bottle now asap

Yeah it's well worth paying that delivery few IMO especially with it being for charity. I actually think I'll need go order 2 more bottles as I don't want to run out soon haha

There is now a Bowden's "Snow Party Pack" available from Supercheap Auto with 3x new variants of the snow. Blew my mind! One of them is "Snow Good" but with a different label and purple colour tinge. Otherwise probably the same? You might like to try them but I'm about to give it a crack.

I can't understand but my package from Bowdens is different. The Snow Good is purple and the Snew Job is red different then your video where your bottle of Snow Good looks to be red not purple, I bought the same package from SCA.

Yeah I've seen that on some products on the shelf, apparently it doesn't affect them at all and can be from some being in the sun or made in different batches

Not entirely sure why, but my Karcher K3 is able to foam the standard Bowdens Own formula, but not the Yellow Snow edition. I'm guessing it might require more pressure or something.

Ohh that's weird have you used the standard again since trying the yellow? Just making sure it's not just that the foam cannon needs to be cleaned out or something

That's interesting because my Karcher K3 struggles to foam Snow Job properly and I can't figure out why - I'm thinking of getting a 1.1mm orifice for the cannon for better foaming.

I’ve tried the standard formula since and was able to get it to foam reasonably well. After doing a bit more digging, it seems the K3 actually has a lower flow rate than the minimum suggested by Bowden. One thing I found that did help was filling the soap dispenser in the bottom with water. Without doing this, with the snow foam cannon attached, it tends to suck air into the system and not perform as well. It’s tempting to just get the $100 Ryobi 😅
