Is there a product that is small that can be stuck to men's briefs for rare tiny leakage. Rare meaning say once a month?

I have had stress related diarrhea for the last 4 months because of a neighbor downstairs that is constantly stressing me out! I am having passive fetal issues and often don't even realize that I have soiled myself! Can you tell me about the bowel retraining program I am 74 years of age and I am not ready to wear a diaper!

Wouldn’t it be better to use the newer pull up disposable underwear than to soil your clothing? They are not diapers. They are a tool to help people with incontinence . Like people who wear glasses because they have vision problems. Or people who use a walker because they have difficulty with mobility. No one but you will know you are wearing disposable underwire.
