So today I went out to an amazing creek system near my house in the hope to BOWFISH some RIVER MONSTERS! After about 30 minutes of being down there I had shot a HUGE Eel-Tailed Catfish that I later showed you how to prepare, cook and eat!

I cooked a blue catfish in the oven, covered with alfoil, using a lemon, a baking apple, brown sugar in soy sauce and herbs. It came out so good I never forgot it. It was a long time ago, 29 years! And I still remember how good it was. Time for me to do it again.

Accuracy with a bow isn’t a problem after a few weeks but some bows are very hard to pull back so the older it is the better it is
