Full body Dumbell workout. I do this once a week to maintain my strength. Using 70LBS Dumbell’s and 15LBS for shoulders.
4 Sets of each
1. Incline Press - 7 reps
2. Rows - 15 reps (both sides)
3. Shrugs - 15 Reps
4. Goblet Squats - 20 reps
5. Front and Side Shoulder flys - 20 Reps
6. Curl/Shoulder Press Hybrid - 20 Reps
