There is simply no denying that Bowser is genuinely the best dad in the entire Mario franchise.

The second game takes place in a parallel world which is probably the special worlds. Bowser canonically can wield magic and has been seen in many games wielding it.

I appreciate the deep dive on Bowser, always fun to learn new things about the fella! Also thought I should mention in case you didn't know that the definition of insanity never was "doing the same thing expecting a different result". It's a bit of an urban legend and often misattributed as an Albert Einstein quote. As far as I know the origin is from an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting in the 80's, but it doesn't have any actual merit to it 😉

I’m hearing a lot of false information here, bowser’s design was based on a mythical creature called the Chinese turtle dragon, which looks identical to bowser’s design. And the name of the koopas were based on another mythical creature called kappas, which are humanoid vampiric turtle creatures that carry water in a bowl in there head.

Technically both are his real name depending on where you live. In Japan and other countries he's called Koopa but in some countries like America he is called Bowser.
