The kid in the gray pants knows how to legitimately fight in southpaw stance. Has good sensible habits, looks in control. The other dude looks to be in good shape too just having some trouble here finding entries, which is understandable due to the height difference. Decent match

It was fascinating to watch the fight looking solely at the feet. I.e. covering the top half of the screen. The southpaw continually stuck his lead right foot on the outside of the left orthodox’s foot and was able to punch from there. Classic southpaw tactics. Ronda Rousey fell for the same trap against Holly Holm.

Lomachenko does it all the time, in this case he was escaping his rear hand, thats why he moved to that direction...you can see he was moving to his right even at distance when there was no contact.

Honestly, a lot of big looping shots and flat footedness, not the greatest technique, pretty good for beginners overall. Grey pants was working but keeps that lead hand low, couple feints or Jabs to the body, then a level changing gazelle hook exploding from high to low would’ve changed his day.

Orthodox = "normal" stance (at least for a right handed boxer) : left foot in front southpaw = right foot in front. (left handed or right handed who prefer this side)

you dont have to be left handed, I fight southpaw all my life and im right handed. It depends whether you are right or left footed. I feel most comfortable standing with my right leg forward so im naturally south paw but im right handed.

I'm left handed and right footed. I instinctively go for south paw stance but then feel awkward with my kicks. Lesson of the day: Don't use meth when pregnant or you'll end up with children like me
