Believe it a public school is public property but it also is an institution and they will arrest you for anything that threatens their agendas. A teacher gets your son to crossdress or speaks about their gay relations and you go to the office to complain, just know you might be arrested. Home school your kids.

If a justice of the SCOTUS can’t define a woman why is the sheriff deputy expecting these parents to understand the difference between women and men athletes?

These schools and police are so far out of line on this issue it's very sad. Our children deserve so much better. Until this issue is resolved all parents should simply pull their daughters out of these unfair competition and that would end this situation fast. They would have total control by doing that.

All those people and only one cop? Why didn't they just all walk in, he could only physically arrest one person! This whole thing was total stupidity apart from the fact of their reason to protest.

Liar! You have to be trespassed then come back on the property to be arrested. Even denied them freedom of speech. Big error if that's public property.

The police officer didn't give the Principal the authority to remove people, the Principle has that authority as the controlling authority of the property. He doesn't have to state any reason, in the same way that you don't have to state any reason if you ask me to leave your house, so it doesn't matter that the police didn't see anything wrong. It doesn't mattter that the property is publicly owned (as a public school), because public ownership and public access are two different things. In case law on tresspass, public property is deemed to be owned "by another" and the tresspasser must leave when asked by competent authority. A judge can order you out of a court room, a county officer can order you out of the county office etc etc. What I am saying is DON'T BLAME THE POLICE for doing their job (and in a nice, calm way at that). If you want to blame someone, blame the Principle for not allowing the peaceful protest to take place.

Speak up and defend your kids. Start your own groups if you have to and homeschool if you can.

Youve been tresspassed for protesting at the event finally police doing their job. Too many times we see protestors blocking roads raillines.. other events and police stand by with thumbs up their butts.. so on one hand good on the cop and the property manager type guy.. protest in the street.. Now.. do i agree with your protest. Absolutely.. there should be no boys completing with girls.. at least post puberty if you can ever define that. Take your protest to the school and school board. To the state legistialature. Do it where it counts. Arkensaw is passing a state law to ban the BS and give gorla sports back to girls.. There is a law suit against the NCAA for the same thing.. there is some momentum happening to reverse this BS of redefining what a girl or women is.. get on that train.

Who cares if guys are in Womens sports. Women play in mens sports and everyone is jumping for joy and congratulating them. I saw one in high school and college. Why cant it go both ways.
