Boyes Drive was closed today 09 July 2024 due to flooding from heavy rain. The pass opened again around 17:30. I recorded a few sections where flooding occurred. #capetown #flood #flooding #storm #southafrica #bikeandwalkcapetown
So good to see Cape Town councils managing the flooding and deluge so well. The sand bags certainly help direct the flow. I reckon we're the only province where these services work for the people.
