Many people do their best to teach their daughters how to respect their bodies, but when are we going to start teaching our sons to do the same? There is a culture among men which teaches boys how to "respectfully" cheat, and that it is manly to sleep with as many women as possible. It's a terrible message. Yes, I know some women do these things as well, but right now I'm talking about teenage boys and men. We preach the use of protection, but some people don't or won't use it. Some people slip up, and some just do it anyway even protection is absent. Then, like Gigi said, it's not even 100% effective. We need to do a better job with our sons by teaching them that it is their role as protectors to respect and protect women's bodies. That begins with respecting and PROTECTING their own bodies. Start with the practice of semen retention. If you don't know what it is, look it up and talk to your sons about the benefits. It's worth the time.
