I just got mine yesterday and omg I needed this second day andy mouth is still swollen and cheeks are swollen my face was already round so with it being just swollen I look like a chick monk like even in my sleep my braves was still hurting.
If you’re having trouble thinking of what color bands to get, then get lilac/lavender if that’s available at your orthodontist cause it’s soooo pretty and very subtle

I just got my braces today and I have been watching your videos to kind of get distracted from the pain and discomfort and it's amazing to see your journey. They told me I'll be wearing my braces 1 year do you think I could get them off earlier or is it going to be a whole year?
Ella Winberg haha i love that! and that's a really great estimate because ppl usually get told 2 years which i was told but i made sure to wear my rubber bands 24/7 when they told me to and i also took good care of my brackets and avoided breakig any and was able to get them off a lot earlier than expected! so definitely be responsible with any instructions they give you so u can maybe get them off earlier. it may depend on your ortho tho
