Wow I couldn’t figure out where this pain was coming from. I googled a diagram of the muscles on the arm to try to identify which muscle was causing me pain. This led me to your video and you guys totally got rid of my muscle pain. Thank you so much, you guys rock!!

Seriously can’t thank you enough. I have had this injury for around 2 months. I stopped lifting heavy weights to give it rest, but even after months of recovery any little thing would trigger the pain. I did the exercises you said and I felt an immediate difference. The pain was gone! Thanks for the video!!

As a new arm wrestler in my 40’s both of my arms are lit up like a Christmas tree in that area for weeks now. Thank you for the video, i will start those exercises today before I OD on ibuprofen.

This pain has bothered me for 7 months and I finally saw a specialist and got prescribed steroids and 6 weeks of physical therapy. Just found this video before I start both tomorrow and tried it and the pain is gone. I'm in absolute shock. Thank you so much guys.

I just started training about a month ago... My arms were destroyed on my first training session and they were not functional for about three days straight. I've been to four training sessions so far, and on the fourth one I felt this pain. This was three days ago; I thought I had damaged something, but now I see we all experience this joy called pain... And now I know how to heal it. Thanks for the educational videos!

wow.. i arm wrestled after 10years and had severe pain lasting for weeks. i figured it would just go away.. and refused to take an MRI (being a radiologist myself).. but this actually works!! thanks guys!!!

Listen guys... I do a lot of back pressure, pronation etc... movements and when I increase weight my arms start hurting so bad i dont know where pain comes from. Thanks to Ray, he fixed it!

Worked great but something I noticed. While doing these techniques, try to find the spot where it hurts the most, and apply hard pressure and smooth it out to get the best results. (it will almost feel HOT when you feel a release) You will still have a dull ache afterwards, but its better than what feels like a giant toothache.

I woke up this morning with so much brachialis pain near my right elbow. I couldn't even pour myself a cup of coffee. I thought I was going to have to spend at least a week using my left arm & hand for everything. I couldn't bend, pick up or move my right arm or hand without feeling tightness and unbearable tension. After watching this video and using a lemon over a ziplock bag ( I couldn't find a tennis ball) to roll it against a wall I felt immediate muscle relief. Thank you!!

SO i just arm wrestled with some friends over a few beers, and hurt this muscle in my left arm. It's been about 5 days, and i feel radiating pain in it. I've been trying ur exercises and avoiding weight lifting and martial arts. I see lots of comments form people in the situation as me, hope this annoying injury heals for us...

I have had this for two years even went to physical therapy but they deal with old people who fall on the ice hope this fixes it because It prevented me from exercising.

It is crazy! The pain is messed up. I can't sleep. I lift a lot, and have been working out for almost two years now, and this is the first time I have encountered something this severe. After doing armwrestling exercises I can't lift anything else with my bicep, can barely lift my arm up to grab the waterbottle... I shake like crazy too...

@@lemailsen 2 months later: All pain is fixed, I built up my sidepressure easily and steadily. Increased my benchpress PR with 10 kilos total, deadlift with 20, etc. Went super hard these last months.

@@balaajb1247 Yeah it's basically gone! Just did these exercises and other versions of them few times a week and didnt do any exercises that hurt and was gone in a few weeks. No longer hinders my training, only comes back with a hard match but then I can deal with it again

I have brachialis pain it makes my training weaker. Do you think should I stop training? I really don't want to :( I realized that it affects my pull ups reps, but I don't feel pain when I do my pull ups, but when I do dip chest, I feel it right there. I also feel that after 2 months of this pain I have started to feel just a bit better. Now I found your video and I will do these exercises. Female, 42 years.

I'm a paddler on a dragon boat team and last May, I injured my shoulder. I still practiced 2x per week and participated in 1 race (which is 3 qualifying heats plus 1 championship heat) in July. The morning after race day, my arm was on fire with pain and remained that way everyday for the next 8 months, until this evening. This evening, I googled a diagram of the muscles in an arm, decided it was my brachialis, and youtubed "brachialis injury," and voilà! I'm so excited I found your video! The tennis ball work! I'm amazed! From what you said about pulling, it makes sense because I pull a great force of water with my paddle. Thank you so much!

Hi guys, i do not train or arm wrestle however I am a industrial tradesman carrying out heavy work on and with heavy equipment. I have been dealing with this exact pain you describe for around 8 to 9 month in my left arm. Sometimes barely being able to move it at all and right now I have a lump at this area. I have tried everything until i seen this. I really hope this works....

so i didn't know better and gave 110% at arm wrestling my fellow employees without any training. i am now collecting disability because i broke forearm tendons and is suffering pain.

I've had this pain for over two months now, I can already notice my arm size difference. I now only curl using a barbell, anything else is just painfully, pull ups and chin ups, have also become a no no.🤬 I'll NEVER Hammer curl again.

I have pain right around where you show in the video.. I workout 5-7 days a week and the pain just started in my left arm, hopefully it will help/cure it. thank you.

I injured something in this area playing with my dog over a month ago. I'm a side sleeper, and it makes getting into that side uncomfortable. I tried this with the nearest rubber dog ball. I'm not perfect but I seem to have my range of motion back, and the pain is nearly gone after a few seconds of this. I determined the muscle by discussion with a bodybuilder, because the anatomical drawings seemed like this muscle was mostly under the bicep, and documentation talked about elbow flexing, which wasn't an issue. My issue was raising my arm to the side, but is seemed too low for deltoid. Thanks for the exercise.

Oh man this is good, I'm a PT... so it's like I sorts know what's wrong and have been doing the other forearm releases exercises, but I needed these tips, as pain has shifted (or was always there), to lower outer bicep... (what I thought) but the outer tri muscle seems to be the culprit.. Thank you very much! From an happy Aussie
