As someone that studies for multiple hours a day, I prefer x1 speed (real time), the longer the better! I always need someone to "work" with haha

Some ideas for decorating large sauropod habitats: use dense clusters of foliage and rocks on open plains, these can be on raised planters or on hills (with or without a little barrier); also larger boulder clusters with adequate rocky terrain textures. So the trick with the terrain textures is that you can mix 4 without causing the sharp blending lines. Where you went wrong as far as I can tell is that you used a different grass terrain texture (the boreal one at 10:38) but not at 100% density. So technically the default texture from the grassland biome was still present underneath even if it wasn't visible. Then it's just trial and error: most textures blend nice, some textures are more patchy, there are options for different sand and rock types to swap in. In the distance I would love to see you try your hand on large elevation changes. Right now the rocks look pretty artificial but a proper cliff face should look amazing and provides awesome viewing opportunities. A sky ride or cable car system is a nice idea, though I would extend to reach around the park, especially if you're going to get more elevation changes in. I believe the key to making square buildings look interesting is to break up the façade with smaller add-ons: it would make sense to use these existing facilities for incorporating guest facilities too! Obviously the best solution is to just cover up the outside of buildings with foliage, but particularly tallish trees. That's what I learn from watching content creators ;) The staff gate is really cool! In my opinion that wall piece alone would stop a 50-ton sauropod just fine. You might reuse it for other portions if you get sick of just faux rock walls.

Very nice. And yeah, I can definitely see some of your leftover habits from PZ when you build haha, the games are so similar in style it's easy to forget that PK has all these extra mechanics. Suggestions for the building - perhaps try changing the foundation to a different material, maybe a grey brick or stone, and/or add some columns around the outside. Because it's so massive it could probably do with some more things like the windows to further break up the surface.

If I had your at building, my interiors would actually have a nice outside 😭It seems like with most of us, you are either good at interiors or good at shells. There is no in-between and it is TORTUUUUUURE!! I hate hate HATE HATE doing outside shells. Give me a space to decorate and I'm your girl but just save me the trouble and put me down like a dog if I need to do the outside xD Also, if I may add my opinion here... The real time in-game videos were so nice to listen to. I used them for my recent exam period (ended yesterday, whoop whoop!) and it was really relaxing and engaging to listen to (kept me brain from wandering)! I like hearing the in-game sounds more than the music but the slightly sped-up build of the entrance on the other channel scratched my brain. I think if its videos to do with PZ or PK, then the slightly sped-up video works better but videos like SDV should be in normal time mode :>

I think this game is impressive, it seems like it took a bit from Jurassic World Evolution and Planet Zoo, but still managed to have a unique entity, I hope the game continues to update

I learned this from a different creator that for some reason, In game currently, large creatures have difficulty traversing around individually placed foliage/trees but they can move through the foliage brush placed foliage/trees fine

Hmm I will have to experiment that for myself, as I'm not sure I've had that experience. That would be add since the foliage brush also clumps these objects into modular groups, it's not like these are considered different pieces by the game engine
