Brad is the best host for it's alive simply because he's super eccentric, yet is slightly inexperienced. He knows many things, and comes up with great ideas. Though the execution part is where he just gets scambled.

Brad can teach everyone about the Egyptian fermented cream cheese appetizer “ Mish “. You can read a Wikipedia article about it but it basically a mixture of a salty cream ( Domiati )cheese and a salty hard cheese ( Rumi ) with additonal cream, tahini , orange or tangirene peel and red chili peppers. I hope you or your team read this it is a wonderful dish full of probiotics that I am sure you and the audience will love.

Since the Philippines was mentioned: We have a fermented papaya pickle called 'atchara' and you can use that for one of your projects. Also look for 'kinilaw' which is a Filipino version of ceviche.

Really funny that Brad mentioned Serious Eats! On one of Kenji's latest episodes about Baba Ganoush where he mentioned allicin, people were making Brad jokes in the comments, to which he replied, "who is this Brad everyone is talking about?"

The weird part is, I genuinely want to know what Brad is reacting to when Hunzi graciously fills in the space for us with his animations, so we get a glimpse into the mind of a mad...golden retriever. What do you see, dear Brad...when you look around the room at....'nothing'.

Love this guy so much...he's hilarious in a totally accidental and completely unselfconscious way. The food looks fantastic, but tbh I'd watch him make unbuttered toast.
