Brad's acting was so natural... I've read that he used to learn his lines very quickly and was very professional on the set. I wish we had more scenes of Josh, he is the only reason I watch this movie.❤
Growing up, I watched this all the time and quoted it religiously. I remember finding it through Scarlett's film history and being completely captivated by its strangeness. It makes you think about how we look at the towns we live in, and finding the absurdities in the mundane. I myself grew up in a tiny town with 2 friends and we didnt have much money, so unlike all the popular girls at school, instead of going shopping, we just stood around shops and laughed at all the tiny things in our village. The man at the bus stop and the jeans, these are things that happen in real life but nobody points them out. I just found it so interesting. One thing I will say though is this, I love the film but I always thought that Brad Renfro's character was something that was key to the film, and that something was missing, so it's wonderful to see these extras bits and I thank thank for releasing them. Have a good day to anyone reading this, don't take shit from no one. 🤘
I think Brad was a pretty average actor to be honest. It’s sad what happened to him, Hollywood is not a place for kids but I’m not sure the hype? I like some of his movies but he’s not really very good in them, particularly Bully. There was a cast of very talented young actors - Michael Pitt, Nick Stahl but renfro didn’t cut the mustard as Marty. Dying immortalised him and overhyped him.
@@jacob_yancosky who is the rest of the world. You mean Brad Renfro fans? Of course they do and I’m sure you’re sour about my comment but it’s not pointless, it my opinion. I do agree it’s probably the wrong video to comment on but I saw it and it was my first thought. As I said, I think he was average to good. I think he was a talented individual as I saw a video of him shedding the guitar once. It’s a shame he was exposed to Hollywood at such a young age. It’s a pedofile ring. Chin up mate and don’t be so offended by others opinions.
I've wondered too. He didn't have it in Happy Campers or Tart (both filmed in 1999) and then he did have it in Bully and Deuces Wild (both filmed in 2000) and everything since. It is still visible in 10th and Wolf (filmed in 2004). He also had a scar beside his right eye that he had since childhood (visible in The Client). I've wondered about that too.
I think it may be from an act of self harm possibly? Or during a drug induced moment, a slip of a knife or needle? I'm in no way shape or form judging him or trying to stir up anything, I love Brad Renfro and his films but these could have something to do with it
