So great to see Brad smash a Bruiser and take a par! True joy is what Brad shows us, and his love of the game is just as strong as it ever was. Us old guys (59 here!) need someone our own age to root for occasionally, and Brad is Our Guy! Thanks, as always, gentlemen - this is the Good Stuff!
For those who don't know about Brad's approach to his throws, he has always done this. The only difference now is he is a little slower to throw when he turns around. His routine would be align with the hole, turn his back to the hole, and then as he turns around he fires the shot. It used to be as soon as he turns he would throw, and when it came to putts - he was deadly accurate.
Interesting, I was curious about it. I did something similar with putting where I wouldn’t look at the basket until right before I let the putter go. Mind games.
Love it! Thx for the smiles and laughter, no matter the quirky stuff happening there is an underlaying respect for Brad in ALL of these, friendship over several generations in action.
Has Brad ever given his reasoning (somewhere I could find) for his pre-shot routine? It's one of the strangest routines I've ever seen, but hey, if it works! It's almost like he has to sneak up on the shot 😂
This guy has more wins than Paul, 7 of them majors (all majors in Masters division, but still) and almost 190k in official prize money. I'm glad he's so excited by getting a par on a difficult hole, but surely that's not anything new to him.
And he has the disc he tees off with in his hand when he gets to his shot. We don't want/need to see all the details. I would guess he switched them out and marked with another disc to throw the Leopard3 again but decided against it. We've seen lots of over par Brad vs. Bruisers. No reason to make this one up.
Y'all need to care a wee bit more about this production, give the multi world champ his own mic for christian sakes, I'm sure Catrina will Mike up her caddy at some point
