All this electric bus talk at the moment and yet people forget that the original electric buses in the UK bowed out of service in Bradford over 50 years ago...the trolleybus! In this video I visit Sandtoft for their Bradford Trolleys event commemorating 50 years since the closure of the system in 1972 that was the last of its kind in the UK. We take a spin on the last UK trolleybus as well as exploring the museum site with some exclusive behind the scene clips of restoration work taking place!
