Shannon didn’t say he’s mad at Brady trash talking. His point is that Brady is scripted. If he was sorry, he could’ve just apologized privately. He didn’t have to make sure the apology got out publicly. Gives the impression that ya, Brady might genuinely be sorry for whatever he said but he’s even MORE concerned about protecting his brand.

He made 3 of the greatest throws, that should have been TDs, not just of his career but of most qbs careers, defnitely of bradys career, in that game only to have his recievers completely drop them. You can say those penalties are disputed to make yourself feel like it was a clean won game by Tampa, but they arent disputed....as noted by numerous officials and anaylsts, they shoukdnt have been called, period, and they had the largest effect on the game of anything else that occured during the game. This is what Tampa got when they borrowed Brady though. Theyll get wins but they wont be clean, there is always controversy with his biggest games.
