Great video! I would specify though that “loss of reflexes” means loss of brain stem reflexes not deep tendon reflexes as shown in the diagram.

Are the headaches caused by brain herniation chronic? Can this be a differential diagnosis for chronic headaches non-responsive to NSAIDS?

I'm just a med student so take this with some skepticism, but my understanding is no, brain herniations are generally not chronic. However, a tumor or a congenital malformation like Chiari malformation could cause this. Of course, the possible causes aren't going to be 100% accurate without a description of the headache itself.
