These lyrics are really old and are based off of lyricsubs' translation. They're definitely not my best (OLDDDDD THESE SUCK TBH) and if I get the chance to rewrite them it will be using Hazuki no Yume's translation as a reference, so please keep that in mind (you can still use them tho). (Dumb 16 year old me wrote these lyrics and made them 10 times more edgy than they needed to be I'm sorry lmao I was still pretty unexperienced in creating translyrics tho)

Well! It's the one year anniversary of when I started posted my first English cover and officially considered myself a youtaite/utaite/person who does Vocaloid covers. So to celebrate, here was my originally intended first cover. Actually, a much worse version was available on SoundCloud for a bit, but I wisely took it down so I could redo most things about it. Actually, I finished redoing the whole thing in December, but I thought to myself "this is so terrible" and abandoned the cover completely. But now I'm digging it up from the grave ORZ
Currently I'm working on lyrics so I can record another song and schedule it for upload, because after June 16th I'll be going on a trip for about 2 weeks! Buuuut I'm also really really sick right now, so singing hasn't been easy (I'm super congested and sound incredibly nasally). I went to the doctor, who said I had to just "wait it out" soooo we'll see how that works out. I've been drinking a lot of tea but it's really important to me I get something out so I don't just post one thing and disappear again, like I have lately.
Anyway last but not least, I want to say thank you all so much for all the support you've given me. Doing covers like these was something I had always wanted to do, as early as 2014. But because high school was such a train wreck time of my life, I never got the opportunity or guts to post anything until last year. And I'm really glad I did. I wasn't sure how people were going to respond at first, and true I know I can't be somebody everyone likes, but the fact that people like me to begin with is truly something. For me as a person, singing is everything. I've dedicated my entire life to studying music and vocal technique, and since I'd rather make a living teaching others so they can sing too, having this as a performance outlet (to replace all those years of musical theatre) is really nice. Especially when it's something I love as much as some of these Vocaloid producers.
I hope to see you all again with a cover somewhere in the 20(s?) of June(?), and I hope that once again, I was able to live up to your expectations!

I'm sad because you're still so underrated, but I'm happy cuz everyday you get more recognition. I'm really picky about translyrics and yours are easily are the best, and your voice is just so heavenly. I usually don't listen to these type of songs but tbh I'd listen to anything if you were the one singing it (and I really do love everything you do LOL)

i think that this song is about fights on the Internet. main character of the song fights with other people online as a form of escapism. they are calling their opponent(aka mr anonymous) blind and delusional, hopless, a disgrace, critisizing every aspect of his opinion, trying to change his mind. they see that mr anonymous doesn't want to be right, he *_wants_* to be deluded(or, as the lyric says, he "views it(aka his bаd орiniоn) as a prize"), simply because it gives him comfort and stability. as the song goes on, we see how main character realizes that they are just as delusional, and after this realization they lose their only source of comfort so they decide to kill themself

Here is my theory after listening closely to this song and lyrics. This takes place in the bullies point of view while they make fun of a bully someone after something happened. It seems to show how the bully as well has issues and get out their anger and pain by making someone suffer the pain that they did. This song shows how trauma and abuse effects a person I am not justifying but on the psychological side of things this song makes a lot of sense.

Yet another AMAZING cover from the lovely goddess Octavia! In all honesty though, this really is a great cover that met my expectations. The only reason that it didn't far exceed my expectations is because after listening to many of your covers, I've trained myself to have very high expectations when it comes to your covers. However, I really wish you would spend your time recovering rather than posting a cover. If you're sick, just post a crappy video explaining that you're sick and will need time to recover. We WILL understand. Anyways, thanks for another amazing cover!

i haven't listened to ALL of the other songs so this is probably off, but my theory is that its about people who create "problems" for themselves for attention. "your excuses just keep on coming" -- the people who do that face the same problems as almost everyone else, but THEY use it as an excuse for their shortcomings, making people feel bad for them. "Stop looking down, I need no pity" -- the narrator of the song dislikes the people who exaggerate their problems for attention, because its the same problems everyone else has. the narrator does NOT want pity for their meager problems unlike the ones he/she is talking about. "I don't get how you can view it as a prize" -- Although the people say that their "problems" are horrible and awful, they actually like them because it gets them attention, they just can't say that out loud. "Broken robot"-- One tiny glitch can ruin a whole robot, so the narrator is saying that the people who do that are acting like a broke robot because they exaggerate every small problem. "To your new delusion, welcome! "-- Those people constantly come up with new "problems/delusions" for themselves so people see their lives as horrible, "welcome" is kind of sarcastic but its something that is said often, so its saying that its common that they constantly cone up with new delusions. *too many in between here so gonna skip* "Im not okay, take me away!"-- If someone is going to be taken to a mental hospital, they typically oppose it and say that theyre fine. the people who the song is about however, will TRY to get to a mental hospital because it would make people feel even more bad and get even more attention. not gonna do the rest, hopefully I sufficiently explained my interpretation, however.

The microphone I use is a Blue Yeti PRO! And as for advice, I think the most important thing is remembering to keep your voice safe, but to also challenge yourself. Like, never strain your voice or try to make it do something that hurts, but don't be afraid to take a risk! Also, if you can, sing whenever you can! Vocal lessons really help to build your technique if you have the time/money, and if you can't do that, maybe look into joining a choir or something similar to that? Overall, practice makes perfect, so never give up! ⭐️

I've burned a CD including several of my favorites of your songs that I've been listening to on the way to/from work, and I don't see myself getting sick of them any time soon.
