After ending the video, the hydraulic system checked out good. both front brake pads left and right side had gotten hot and burned the paint off but calipers moved freely after lubricating guide pins. I attribute the heat to the sticking pins and also spoke with the customer and he recalled going down a very steep hill and working the brakes hard with burning smell at one point.
