WE CHANGED OUT THE STOCK ROTORS ON MY 2020 ROAD GLIDE PERFORMANCE BAGGER WITH A SET OF ARLEN NESS 14" BIG BRAKE ROTOR KIT. I STILL HAD AN ISSUE WHEN I APPLIED MY FRONT BRAKE THERE WAS A VIBRATION. I REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKES PADS WITH A SET OF LYNDELL HIGH PERFORMANCE PADS.

Always replace pads when you change the rotor.

I'm sure you checked it and just forgot to mention, when pushing caliper pistons back in to make room for new pads always check the fluid reservoir to make sure there is room for the fluid to return to the reservoir (can make for a bad day if there isn't room for it, not going to share how I know lol). Love your videos and love the beast that silver back has evolved into!

As usual. Make it go fast (spend a ton of money on the engine) but don't think about upgrading the brake pads. Go fast don't worry about stopping. You needed to change the brake pads when you installed to rotors. Now the job is finished.

Great job thanks for info also I saw some good comments on how to change brakes .John u always give good tips FYI just want to add to check brake fluid in the reservoir for humidity, there is a tool on Amazon for a few bucks that checks it cause fluid get moisture in it and causing problems as well u probably know that John just wanted to add that I had that issue thanks

I am always amazed at how much we spend upgrading a high $$ machine to start!! I live on mine to try and justify what I spend, still cheaper then Prozac and wife lives to ride!

Yes I gave Dave new pads also…hopefully he said bike should be done by the 16th of February…I wanna come ride with y’all….and man them khrome work sounded crazy going and coming on this video…I know your neighbors hate you even tho I know you go out your way to respect them….the problem is them khrome works with the louvered baffle and 130 kit doesn’t have any respect 😂😂😂💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

I did the exact same thing with mine. Why didn't I change them is beyond me. So the new pads are in but same thing. How long does it take them for seat on the rotor? Yours did it in 2 miles. 🥺

3 UGGA-DUGGA's will do it.... :D You want them tight, so use a 3/8 or 1/2 inch ratchet and ensure you torque them til you grunt a bit...dont know the exact torque but they are ones you want tight.

I have run EBC sintered pads for years and I get the crazy "bee hive" sound when I hit them....I was going to ask if you get the same with these rotors and the Lyndall pads....but soon as you pulled up and hit the brakes....YEP!! Heard it all the way in your driveway!! LOLZ Was the braking improvement significant John??? I assume it improved when you went to the bigger rotor, was going to the Lyndall pads another huge improvement??

@@CYCLEFANATIX If you listen right as you are stopping to pull into your driveway you will hear the buzz..LOLZ...I have now ruined you i bet, as now you will hear it all the time....:D Its way more pronounced on a Harley for some reason, as I never hear it on my Ducati, but I do on both my SG and RG....LOLZ....sintered pads do it every time...
