EVERYTHING from Kirby 64. Kirby 64 had a fantastic soundtrack- it all sounded like it came from 1 sole Casio keyboard from the 90's, but my god, it is absolutely gorgeous and malleable to an understated, overambitious extent.
A company that makes videogames is what it is just because of the people that it has, so I guess Rare lost a lost of the talented people that make it great.
I think you should just keep up with Donkey Kong level remixes! They are all actually really cool, and if I had any to suggest I would say the crystal cave level next.
You aught to check out "Encounter in the Abyss" I think it's one of the best remixes of a Donkey Kong Country tune out there; Though I'm not sure if it counts as a remix or a remastering of the song.

Hey Fantomenk, could you possibly do a rendition of Aquatic Ambiance or Forest Interlude? I know they are from the same series of games, but I consider the music from that series to be some of the best from the 16-bit era.
