It is necessary to drill, saw, etc. I´m using Honda Kawasaki CR KX 125 250 500 Kickstand 36cm, I bought on ebay. Here is one interesting forum link. They came from the manufacturer - I requested them. I'll check the size for you. I don't know if I'd do them again to be honest. The pain is very thin and comes off easily. Also, if you don't use some kind of locktite or glue, they do come loose over time.

You would need to add the normal bycicle saddle attachment on the bike and remove the motorcycle style saddle.then with normal saddle you can adjust it up and down.im 6'3 so also bought a longer than normal seat post on amazon.the in seat bracket bolts on and off these bikes

72V battery - I got it with the bike from the manufacturer/retailer. Batteries are super expensive (around at least half the total cost of the bike), so I’d say the most inexpensive way to do it is to get the battery you want with the bike. I’m glad you’re enjoying the content bro.

@@healthye-rider8651 yeah big time! I noticed how expensive the batteries are. The big batteries are usually around $2000. I love these bikes, so many customizable parts!

15kw is the motor output. Not battery capacity. Amp hours is battery capacity. At 72v you’d need 208amp draw from the battery to produce 15kw at the motor.

@@healthye-rider8651 yeah but your display bar shows a full charge... like it's full blue. the only time I've ever seen my bike go into 60 volt range is when it was absolute dead with like a tiny little bit of red left and that only happened once. The same goes for every other display I've ever seen on these bikes. Something's wrong there.

@@healthye-rider8651 at 5:29 it starts at 72 volts, the at 5:32 and all the way onward to the end of that segment it ranges from 67 to 64 volts. That's some serious voltage sag. The battery should be close to dead at that voltage level and technically wouldn't be safe to ride it at that voltage level. It def should not be doing that. The weird thing is the battery level indicator is still showing full during that segment. I'd be willing to bet if you opened up that battery there would be some funny business in there unfortunately. I have heard of and seen pictures other people who got these bikes from various sellers on Alibaba who opened up their battery and there was a lot of filler in there and it wasn't what the specs stated. You wouldn't know until you opened it up, which I'm not necessarily saying you shoudl do...but let me ask you this. What is the top speed you've hit on it verified by gps? What type of range are you getting out of it? Keep in mind this isn't 15,000 watts either. Even your power meter verifies it never goes over 9200 watts. My seller on Alibaba told me many of the other sellers just put that 15,000 number on there just to sell more bikes, but in fact the internals are exactly the same as the 10,000 watt bikes, or even 8000 watt. Look at me, my first seller sold me a Sabvoton 72200 in the bike that in reality is a 72150 with a 72200 sticker on it. It was locked and completely unadjustable. Totally scammed me there. They also didn't tell me my battery was 120 amp, when it was supposed to be 200, lied again. With that battery and a 190lb bike I was still hitting 60mph via gps. But they blow smoke left and right. Put a NMC high powered battery in these things with a Nuclear 24f or Bac8000 controller and you'll hit a real 70mph.

@@homie3461 Interesting, thx! The reason I did it in the first place is my ebike was from Alibaba. 2000watt hub motor-very fast, but the pedals were way too high, like the bike was made for a kid. By making them both down, it solved the problem. I then realized, I'm a motorcycle rider at heart, having had a couple back in the day, but I do not want to ride in traffic much now because it can be very dangerous. So, this brings me back to the old days :-)

@@andrewfarms A little over 3 months. This was a relatively delayed shipping time due to the pandemic. I’m not sure how that has changed at this point. Importing into the US from China has gone up significantly. You’re looking at around $650 shipping door to door, but don’t quote me on that figure as it can and does change. Edit: *has changed

You need some education by the 8000 w goes 50 mph. The 15000 w does between 70 and 80 mph. So maybe you should take your little 8,000 Watt and raise a 15,000 Watt and see what happens😂

Too heavy? The bike has a max load of like 400 lb. I'm sure it will do just fine with the little extra weight from the battery. This has a 75 amp hour battery while your little 8000 w has like a 40 amp hour battery. Good luck going more than 30 mi in a trip
