Nice to see the new baler in action. The first thing I noticed is that there was no multi-bale catcher on the back. Hopefully it can be added when needed?

I liked the way your last one had the “holder” on the back so it would “collect” bales instead of dropping them along the way. Perhaps that’s an attachment that can be placed onto this one?
Excellent demo Cole. To Deere. I have no land or equipment. I enjoy watching farming videos. I am in sales, however. I have seen many demos online. This was the best. No ego. Just good facts. I hope you will keep supporting the Sonne family. They are real and down to earth people. Thank you.

I’m an old lady and I love watching you men work on the farm. Very interested in how the farmer works so hard to bring us the delicious angus beef! Cole you do a great job! And Brian teaches you very well. Great team.

I enjoy watching the videos even though I never farmed. Seeing the new advancements in technology is very interesting and you did a great job of showcasing the new features. Well Done Cole.. I think Deere has to be pleasantly surprised how well you covered and demonstrated their product. Hopefully, you will get more opportunities in the future which will help your channel grow.
I watch this channel to remind me of friends and family back in the Midwest, and to see Cole and Brian's relationship, you guys do it right. I’m not a farmer but I enjoyed learning how bailers work. I have seen them working out in the fields around me as I live in a farming community. I have always wondered about these things work and this answered a lot of questions I had about bailers and bailing. Thank you
Not a farmer but fairly observant. This new baler seemed to be missing one feature the older one had which I thought made picking up the bales later a more efficient process. I'm referring to the option of carrying up to two bales on the rear "deck" to a point where they could be deposited in a row. Seems that's a "one step back".
Great video Cole! I'm so glad they pick Sonne Farms for a demo. I'm not a farmer but love seeing the new equipment and an unbiased down to earth review. I'm surprised the wheel brackets on the hay pickup aren't reinforced yet to help prevent bending the brackets. Thanks for the video, Cole and thank you John Deere for using Sonne Farms for the demo!
Nice Baler! If Deere keeps making tech improvements, soon you will be able to weld up new gates while the tractor and baler are out it the fields doing their thing without someone in the cab of the tractor!
I got a 605 N with the bale scale and I will say if I was ever to buy another new round baler that would be a must......, it always amazed me how the bales weight would change from field to field. And that was a very handy piece of knowledge when you went to feed those bales. You knew before you dropped them in the feeder how much you were putting in front of them. and if you were to ever have a compression spring issue (Dunno if the JD still run those) you knew it instantly.
I was born on a farm but Dad passed when I was two years old and we lost the farm. My heart is still with the farmers and farm life. I'm 81 years old now but still have the urge for a few acres in the country.
Hey John Deere ... Cole knocked that presentation out of the park. What about letting him keep the new baler? It would be a good investment. Cole is really going to help drive your brand over the next 20 years.

Glad Your able to show and use this new baler. New technology in equipment is great help to Farmers and Ranchers. Now if They would put tinted and safety glass in equipment that would be great. Enjoy all Your videos.

Cole, that was a good demo and explanation on the new baler. I think you would be surprised at the level of interest in your activities on the farm by people who are not directly involved on the land. I, for example, am a retired public servant from the driver training and road safety industry in Brisbane, Australia. I just happen to love anything to do with farming across the board. Keep it up mate - all good stuff.
Great demo Cole. I farmed and did custom baling in the late 70's and early 80's. I really liked my Vermeer 605F, but that John Deere machine is amazing.
Wow what a machine. I'm not a green paint fan. But that's got some interesting features. It's amazing how technology is changing. I'd be interested in hearing Brian's thoughts on it
I would like to see them have an automatic spread system so us as farmers don't have to swerve left and right to even the bale out. I know, I'm picky. I could be out there forking it onto a wagon like my friends the Amish.
Are the "R" series tractors and implements the deluxe models with all the nice things ??? Would have been nice if this was a good hay season with plenty to bail. Thanks ! 👍😊
Question... I know one of the reasons you like your current baler is the fact that you can control when and where you drop your bales due to the carrying wings. Obviously this one doesn't do that - how big of a deal is that to you guys? Are the new features enough for you to consider switching?

Cole thank you very much when I was younger we had dairy milk by hand horse drawn equipment a hay ladder stocking straw was normal no hydro hand pump water today's equipment nice thank you for explaining great video I am 63 love farming but not doing it
Once again my head is packed with useless information. Unless I get on Jeopardy and the question is "how much does a bail of alfalfa weigh at 19% moisture?", I don't think I will ever benefit from this knowledge. Interesting to be sure, but absolutely worthless for a city boy. And yet I continue to watch every video for even more knowledge I will never need. Although the Song of the Day has expanded my musical knowledge greatly. That is a nice thing to have. Love it!

Outstanding looking baler. Being brand new, I wonder if the fire extinguisher was filled with water and aired up? LOL I am a former farmer and also an old John Deere mechanic. That little silver bullet is the most important thing on a baler. Besides the bale counter. Haha.

Frankly what I want is a self-powered 3-string with a hydraulic loop to run a packer that makes binds of 6 of them but everybody's all "durr big balls durr" these days... I hear Arcusin is working on making a multipack for 3 string that can be set for 6 to 14 bales each bind. Should be able to make super tight stacks of exceptionally high density. Now if California could just slide off into the ocean... The intake lifter on that JD looks very well designed - shame the whole assembly costs more than a new Tesla in replacement parts eh?

Pretty cool. First thing I noticed was how fast you were going. That head seemed like it was breaking up the hay at that speed, but then again it didn't look like any was left behind. Nice that you could get that demo.
The new sensors/features are pretty cool. I think I would miss the bale collector though. The amount if time saved collecting bales from one spot vs all over the field must be significant.
Man I love those balers I had one that was a silage special and I never could choke that thing off. And the bales were always perfect. Always enjoy the videos and the SONG OF THE DAY.

Wow, this looks very impressive. When you increase the tractor speed, the bailer speed has to increase to match the tractor and that is awesome! Good luck getting all the rain you need! God bless farmers!
I found it all quite interesting. I dont have a farm or anything but I used to ride horses, so hay is pretty important to me. Thanks for explaining all of the cool features of this bailer!

Have you ever tried a continuous baler so you don’t have to stop to expel the bale? While the demo was great, there is one thing that impresses me. The love and respect farm kids have for their parents. Always showing love and respect. Kudos! I hope god awards you a great life!
