The thing that's makes me excited is that asgards wrath 2 was made for the quest 2 and look at that game Batman Arkham Shadow is a quest 3 game. Im ready to see what it looks like.
Asgard's Wrath 2, Resist, and Iron Man VR lead me to believe it could definitely be done well. Now whether or not it actually will be, I guess we'll see. Lol.
actually if it will be a sequel to arkham origins that would be awesome to see how Harley take over Harleen (If someone doesn't Know Harleen has split personality dissorder in arkham verse and Harley is her other personality) And it would be cool to hear more of Roger Craig Smith as Batman With Troy Baker as Joker
And then the iron man game was a port from the psvr to the quest. If batman is going to be exclusive for q3 this could mean it could be as awesome or even better than asgarts wrath 2! This will absolutely be mind boggling!
Yes, it’s sold better than people like to make out. It is tied with the valve index for the second most used headset on steam (PCVR). By this Christmas, they’ll have the quest three light and they probably won’t be selling the Quest too anymore. So by the end of this year, the numbers will probably double or even triple.
quest 3 exclusive is just a disappointment , quest 2 is still very much alive and a lot more affordable for people so meta have cut out most of the playerbase
@@User_92020 did you not the read the part where i said quest 2 is more affordable? not everyone can just throw away £600 for a vr headset when the quest 2 is 250
I have high hopes for this game, and I’m happy it’s a quest 3 exclusive so it can be the best it can, and if it’s not as a good as the other arkham games at least we have a fun vr Batman game
While I understand the disappointment for anyone who has a Quest 2 or even a Quest Pro, but I do believe that anyone who bought these headsets, especially Quest 2, should reasonably expect that as a 3 year old headset, it was inevitable that priority for the newest headset would be higher for some titles at least. It''s one of the tradeoffs of buying the cheaper, older headset. Quest 2 is still fantastic and can play practically any game in the store right now, but just go in with that expectation each generation.
This doesn't have to be a rip off of a great franchise it could potentially be a great VR addition if done right. I'll have to wait and see how the actual game is.
I’m so mad now I played the iron man vr game and it is one of my favorites and I’ve played all batman Arkham games and when I heard they are making a batman game I was so exited but ITS ONLY ON QUEST 3 I use to have a quest 3 but returned it because my eyes don’t adjust to it like they do the quest 2 it’s a thing some people have go look it up so there was always a black line down the middle so I returned it but hearing this IM KNOW SO MAD 😡
I kind of agree with you on buying VR headsets. I do have the Quest 3 but with newer technology coming out every 6-8 months for VR, the pricings keep going up and up. Also we see other than the Quest 3, the other META products are slowly fading away into the Sunset. You wait a year or so, the Quest 3 may be on the chopping block because of something newer, better. Companies keep trying to out do each other for top man on the totem pole. I found the same thing with newer PC computers. Needed a faster computer to run the newer graphic intensive games. It is the nature of the Beast. Take care.
@@dathyr1 Yeah standalone VR is still so new it improves rapidly and even small increases in performance can make a huge difference, I'm just going to stick with PC VR using the quest 2 for awhile.
I’m sorry you feel that way but they’re really not. They’re cheaper than a phone and about the same price as a consul. People have no problem dropping $1300 on a phone or$500- $600 on a PlayStation but not a VR headset? The quest 2 came out in 2020 and will still be getting games for another two years probably with the exception of a couple exclusives. That’s a six-year lifecycle.
Probably with the AAA game ‘death’ of the q2, will not mean the this console is dead as well. There a ton of games playable on this machine, even when it is discontinued you can play with this console for many years to come and via pcvr it is even better.
I was thinking of buying either a quest 3 or a gaming pc(RTX4060) to play pcvr with my quest 1. I already have quest 1, and I can only afford either quest 3 or a gaming pc. What do you think is better buying a gaming pc to play top AAA pcvr games with my quest 1or buying the quest 3 and play the standalone games from meta library?
I really hope it's open world, even if it's something similar to the Arkham Asylum game. If it's like Assassins Creed Nexus, I don't entirely see the replay-ability
This is a dream come true. Batman is has been my favorite superhero since I was two, and the Arkham games are my favorite series. Being able to play AS Batman in VR will be on another level. So hyped, thanks for the video. Also btw love the Bible verses, keep it up! God bless ✝️
Cannot wait, so many people pissed off it's a vr game. With so many great games on Quest and many more in the future, I would say to those people that it is a perfect time to purchase a headset for themselves.
The fact that its made by Camoflaj *AND* is only on Quest 3 gives me hope. I'll reserve judgement for the gameplay reveal though, cgi trailers are worthless imo. If done well, this could be a huge game for VR.
This is such great news! The previous Batman VR game was pretty good, it just fell short in two areas... No gliding / grappling hook immersion, and no combat. If this title can fix that, I'm sure it'll be awesome.
Is there a way that I can send you a code for a game? I'm not a developer, I just got sent an extra one, and I figure you could use it for the channel.
Why the devil will it not be on quest 2? Don’t say it’s because of the graphics otherwise pcvr would also have this game. Even Asgard’s wrath 2, iron man vr and assassins creed is in quest 2. There is no reason to not launch it on the previous platform unless of Warner bros mercenarious comportment.
Not sure we'll have to wait and see I guess. Realistically it probably is the graphics and the gameplay. It's not on PCVR because it's a a Meta Quest title and they don't want it on there for the time being at least. The Quest 3 can do a lot more than the Quest 2 but we don't really know how much yet.
No offense meant by this. Just because it has Arkham in the name, does not make it an "Arkham Game". Rocksteady makes the Batman Arkham Games. It's not the same thing at all. I hope it's good tho. It may be the reason I get a Quest 3.
It's not an Arkham game by rocksteady but it's 100% designed to be in the same world for that sweat they're alluding to. More than likely they licensed the Arkham games from rocksteady directly. In fact that's been rumored for a while.
Rocksteady ain't the only one with the keys to the franchise, pal. And there is no way they are gonna be allowed to do another one after SSKTJL. WB Games Montreal made Origins and Origins Blackgate. Arkham ain't Rocksteady, its just a franchise anyone can interact with, like now Oculus and Camoflaj.
Lol why wouldn't you say launching on PC? Not being on PC is the biggest blow. And q3 does nothing q2 cant do. They're being anti consumer. A q2 game should just look worse..that's it. Unless the game uses color passthrough. Which it wont. Not cool meta.
So q3 isnt selling well so meta are pulling this junk to force sales but think of the irony. They limit sales to create sales but will end up just losing money.
Hello there video maker: I like your review up till 2minutes time, after that you are repeating video images more than 3x and it's disgusting. That's why I disliked your video.
I didn't see a single second of gameplay, so how *exactly* are you judging its "looks", when you haven't see what it looks like either? Here, this emoji was made for people like you: 🤡 Also here is your participation trophy: 🥉
