Love single story houses personally. Dunno if it’s me being a sandgroper but I’d rather a bigger single story house on more land than a double. Not trying to do a tour de stade (up and down all the steps in a stadium 😂) just to go to bed ahaha. Cool vid as always mate 👍🏼
@@goodvibespattaya2423ps. both houses were obviously amazing and the outdoor of the first house was a real wow factor but I think the second house was the better house and it’s cheaper to boot. The outdoor on it although being 2nd place of the two is one a hell of a “consolation” prize as it’s still excellent
Prospect builders are on a different level vs the Sri Suk Villa. I would chose the Prospect home. Very well laid out, good double kitchen, high ceilings, bathrooms well done, master needs 2 sinks instead of one though, but size will not allow that.. Only bummer that I see. Good value. Wished you had a drone shot to see what neighborhood looks like from above.
love the second house but for me the tile choice on the floor was terrible, i know the limestone was probably an expensive option but made the finish look really cheap
No.1 price is up there for what it is. Could have 4 cooktop in main and Thai kitchen. No laundry provision. Why have a mower when you pay a monthly maintenance fee. No.2 could be compared with shearer’s quarters with a pool thrown in. Still interesting video though. All must be catching up with you Jason “Friday”!!!

@@goodvibespattaya2423 they stand out don’t they! White is a good colour as well. That gt2rs in white was spoilt with all the striping, to me those cars look far more outstanding in whole colours. The gt’s come with the striping to distinguish the model when badging only would suffice. Should I look out for a chap in a cap and good vibes tshirt ripping around pattaya in a yellow wrapped king cab Hilux. 😁
Neither one of those houses are my cup of tea. I did watch every minute of your video though. They are to ultra modern for me😮😅.. did like to chandeliers the though😊

The Prospect is beautiful, but I don't like the location. Much prefer a location like Jomtien Park Villas where everything is just a quick scooter ride distance.
You’re correct to say that, but if you had this villa in Jomtien Park it would be 3 times the price. I think sacrificing a bit on the location to get such a beautiful house is worth it. You spend more time inside the house so adding a 10 minute drive onto the location is not a big sacrifice I feel.
I have heard it is almost impossible for a foreigner to buy any home or condo or stay in Thailand until your 50+ there are only certain condos a foreigner can buy? Can you help me with this.
Probably best to seek independent advice but there are many condos in foreign name that you can buy and transfer into your name and with houses many are in a Thai company name and the company can be transferred into your name
