Hi Jason, subscibed. These are more like the type of thing that I'm looking for. Each of the two bedrooms have pros and cons. All have a good location. There are a couple of really highly rated cafes in Soi 4 Pratumnak. Plus, there's the Beach Bum Bar and a restaurant next door to it at the bottom of Soi 4 with a stunning beachside location. Also easy distance to Soi 5 with the beach at the end and then the beach pathway to Jomtien. The pools you showed in the Jomtien ones didn't have a lounger area and they looked small. I like the low rise aspect of the developments. Quality seemed quite good in all. Interesting. Thank you for all your hard work and yes it's been hot, sticky and rainy just lately.
All that space.. That bedroom with the view to the Buddha Hill, wow. If these condos were pet friendly, you could fit an an elephant in there. Really nice, not too badly priced either, for those with size issues (psst, size doesn`t really matter, don`t tell anyone I said so 😂).. Thanks again guys, loved it 🙏🙏
That large one bedroom looks amazing!!! I’m not sure which one it was but the one with the walk-in closet and the seat to watch your lady get dressed, would be amazing ! You know what I mean ? Lol These were all a little rich for my blood. But I would consider buying some like that if I sold my home back in the states. But I have a year and a half before I can even think about buying an airplane ticket. 😢 I think I could live more modestly for five or six years over there and then maybe hunt down a residence like one of these. Pretty amazing. Jaw was on the ground with this video I guess size does matter!!!
that huge bathroom was really neat....especially for a guest bath. I liked the curved window wall in the one unit, but that huge terrace with the sliding doors/walls in the last unit was pretty amazing! have a great weekend!
G’day, hello Jason, I have just woken up it’s 08.00am Friday morning, remember we have just switched over to daylight saving, we are now 4 hours ahead of Thailand. Now you are talking these condo’s are wonderful this is my idea of a decent sized condo, I live in a rural area and I am use to having space, not those shoe box size condo’s I have stayed in before, as you have mention this is a great starting point to buy or rent when you are moving to Pattaya, now you must remember with Thai measurements the size (area) of the balcony is included and is part of the overall condo area size. you mentioned they don’t have any ovens, go and buy a cheap Air-Fryer, these days you don’t need an oven, since I bought an Air-Fryer I can still cook a full roast, I don’t miss the oven at all. as for the furniture, to be honest some of the furniture I have seen in some condo’s is horrendous for that great price of these condo’s when are you moving in I think it would be far cheaper to furnish it yourself. as for Jomtien it is a wonderful area close to to beach, great bars and restaurants, Rompho market is a great market, you must remember Pattaya is a party town and Jomtien is more lay back a bit like Richmond or Carlton, for those of your viewers Jomtien is about 5 kilometres south from Pattaya central and about 10-15 minutes by bike, you can jump on second road it will take you all the way there, if you are a party animal you can live there and still party in Pattaya, it’s about the same distance if your in Melbourne and going to Richmond, as my mates say, Michael you talk too much yes I do the same writing, Cheers Michael
I would move into one of those bathrooms. I think they should be called the Claustrophobia Free Condos! Amazing spacious condos for sure. Imagine how many trips to the one stop home store it would take to put your personal touch on these behemoth condos. This was a fun tour, thanks Jason and Manu!
Haha yeah definitely not claustrophobic, did you see the original video we made at Gardenia on the show unit, very nicely done. I put a link in the description, have a look Steve 👍👍👍
Both are just what I will look for to buy. The last place (Gardenia) with the bowed shape was my favourite. I could have bought it today if I was there, just perfect for me. Loved the rooms interior.
@@goodvibespattaya2423 Yes I will be back in 2024, still unclear when but I hope as soon as possible. Thanks for very good channel, I watch every video.
Good day or night . 555. I'll be in jomtien November 10th . I'm looking for a beach front hotel till December 6. I would definitely buy you lunch at your favorite place ( burger box I believe ) You have a fine day , and keep up the amazing videos.
Pretty good units Jason. I’m sure Manuel had the day off, so he could watch “Barbie” over again. I’m taking the weekend off, heading into town tomorrow, need a drink. Staying over to watch Bathurst Sunday. Camaros
Thanks Barry, haha yeah Manuel probably did 🤣. Can’t wait for Bathurst, I won’t be leaving the lounge all day on Sunday and yeah go the Comaro’s. Who’s your money on?
Subscribed Jomtien There really are top class condos ,the 2 bedroom unit with the black toilets and separate walkin I'd buy it today if I had the money Great videos again
Subscribed. Bang Saray. I've never understood why Thais build one-bedroom condos with two bathrooms. I'd have thought most people would value two bedrooms with one bathroom more. Anyway, the two-bedroom condo at Gardenia is easily the best value of this selection. More than I'd need but I'd love to own it. The one-bedroom is more than I'd want to pay, superb as it may be, it looks poor value at just 700,000 THB less.
I live in a 2 bedder in Tropicana Pratumnak and the electric bill is very reasonable, less than 2000 baht a month and I use the aircon all night and sometimes during the day.
There probably are, maybe ask the hotel as they normally will have someone who they know or use. I do see some around the area but I have never stopped and checked them out
Subscribed Jomtien Is there an annual charge you will have to pay to create a thai company to own a foreign quota unit ? These are the best units you have shown so far 😀 cheers
Thanks, foreign quota means a non Thai can put it in their name, if Thai quota then it has to be in Thai name or Thai company name and yes there is an annual cost 👍
Hi I’m coming to Thailand on 2nd December and staying for 3 months. Looking for a cheap condo/room for 7500-10000 per month . Got any ideas and should I wait till I get there or get something sorted from here in UK . Any agents that might help or can I buy you a few beers . Regards and great vids please keep it up
Hi Wayne, mate very few agents have short term rentals especially during high season, I would suggest booking something before as it is going be very busy. Having said that, the agent I make videos with in Bang Saray has short term but way more than your budget. Sorry mate
@@goodvibespattaya2423 thanks for the info. Just out of curiosity what does your agents rents start at ? The thing is I’m going to use Pattaya as a base and travel around but don’t want to lug a suitcase everywhere or shall I just get a hotel for a month?
All very nice & fantastic size wise. The big winner was the Tropicana with that 7th flr 1 Bedroom. Only complaint with it was, the place was to big & the view was to nice. 🤭🤣 Manuel really expects us to believe he was forced to watch the Barbie movie. He was probably the 1 that paid to see it.🤫 At least you know what to get him as a present now Jas:- A Barbie & Ken doll. 555 Subscribed. Jomtien Thanks for the vid Jas & Manuel👍
Thanks mate, you’re a funny bugger! Was waiting for someone to say it’s too big 🤣. Yeah you are probably right about Manuel and the Barbie movie, he kept talking about it all day 😂😂😂.
@@goodvibespattaya2423 I’m loving the small spaces as they are cheaper to cool and maintain, robot vac would smash out a one bedroom while I’m out fishing or down the beach haha
