The 3.7v version can be modified to 7.4v, just remove the original motor carefully and install a new one (you can untie the stickers on the bottom of the aircraft and open holes on the white foam board, which can be restored without damage). In addition, the 7.4v motor requires an external 7.4v ESC.

@@andybladen9284 Thanks! The new ESC can be connected to the original receiver. Just need to remove the P1 solder point on the back of the receiver.

Currently, we have no plans to use brushless motors. The coreless motor has two benefits. Firstly, this type of motor and the ESC it uses are significantly affordable compared to brushless motors, and the coreless motor has almost the same power density (the power that can be provided per unit weight) as brushless motors of the same specification. In other words, its performance is almost the same as that of brushless motors.

@@minimumrc7986 Agree on the great power-to-weight of brushed coreless motors as compared to similar brushless setups. But brushed motors suffer from performance degradation as it wears out due to repeated flights; brushless motor don't. When that happens, we cannot easily replace the worn out brushed motors because the plane is glued together. That means we have to spend time and money to build an entire plane just to replace the worn out brushed motor! 有刷电机的寿命有限，飞行多次后会失去暴力，需更换。但是机身不支持更换电机，如果需换电机恢复性能，只好买台新的，花钱费时地重新装置一台新的飞机。
