Finally the brand new 2023 XD40s are officially in service!!! So far landover has the first batch of these fresh clean buses! and Andrews has some as well the rest of the units are still being delivered and they might go to Montgomery, Western, Cinder Bed, & Southern Avenue Divisions. These buses are replacing the 2006 New Flyer D40LFRs & 2008-2009 New Flyer DE42LFAs this year so sad to see them go hopefully I’ll get a ride on a 2009 DE42LFA (With the MetroExtra) soon.
