Hey mate I use an axe fx 2 with the pitch shifter set to +1 or +2 octaves depending on which squeal in the song

i’m pretty sure it’s just in 4/4 for majority of the song but the chugs in the beginning and before the breakdown are in 3/4 and like 2 other measures are in 6/4
