Hahah I died over the end bit of Meryl waving us farewell, loooool. I SO feel you about how the better you feel in your body when you can stick to your routine, the worse / more vulnerable you feel when you're off it. A huge thing for me is staying away from alcohol, it honestly makes the biggest difference. Awesome vlog as usual, thanks for bringing us on all of the adventures!!

Hi Allana, you never disappoint with your outfits. You look absolutely gorgeous. I especially love the pic of you walking in the water on the beach in the white bikini. Also, if you’re not already try taking probiotics pills which I swear helped me tremendously with bowel movement especially when traveling.
