This is all petri dish speculation. Show us actual footage of memory cells, remembering the antigen then finding it if it returns again and then defeats said antigens.
second ago What I meant is that in the begaining antigen-specific naive B cells don’t move from follicles, instead , from blood vessels (high endothelial venues in T cell area) towards T cell area to meet T helper cells. All other parts of the lecture is excellent!
@@TanTan-ch3vq Ah ok thanks! But they also have to meet a piece of antigen somewhere so that they can represent it on their mhc2 for the T helper cell. I guess that is also in this T cell area.
