This couldn’t be better timing. First, this is this beautiful girls Dad. My girl has Selective Mutism and her school just won’t accept it. We’re butting heads with the school and nothing’s working. The school is so ignorant on anxiety, it’s unreal. They call her defiant, they yell at her, call her a fool, mock her, etc. Can’t prove any of it. Just today 11-25-19, the principal described the situation as a standoff, they’re trying to put her in a separate class instead of dealing with reality, and she froze in the hallway. Have ANOTHER meeting with the assistant superintendent 12-2-19. I now have a new favorite player, and team. And I’ll be ordering a Brandon Brooks jersey tonight. And wear it proudly. Thanks for opening up. You don’t know how much it’s appreciated.
