REMASTERED IN 4K HD!! Official Music Video for Crossfire performed by Brandon Flowers. (C) 2010 The Island Def Jam Music Group #BrandonFlowers #Crossfire #Remastered
Depends on where you live how underrated they are. The killers were HUGE in the UK. All these years later if you play Mr, Brightside in a pub or party or wedding, people go nuts!

i am your fan when i listen to this song i miss many people who passed away in my life my grandma passed away when i was 5 years old my grandma passed away when i was 8 years old until today
I have searched for this song for 10 years ..😭 I had to go through all the “Now Thats What I Call Music” album’s because I was 8 when this came out so all I knew was that a man was tied up and bruised and a beautiful woman came to his rescue (not much go with😰) ..I knew no lyrics..who was the artist..nothing And now I’m 18 i found it ..omg!!😭😭😭♥️
The cool thing about this video is the eye contact between brandon and charlize. They never break eye contact even when she is fighting the Ninjas. Its very clever, as it makes it appear as if everything else does not matter. Also Charlize is pretty cool rocking up to save Brandons ass yet again in a great role reversal to the damsel in distress
Totally! They really make this music video! I love how Brandon’s an incredible musician, yet he’s not cocky and full of himself. He lets women take the spotlight in many of his music vids (including The Killers vids), and that just makes me respect and admire him and his music all the more!
Been a fan of the killers since the very beginning and they have a even bigger place in my heart now. They helped me through a troubled worrisome pregnancy and now that my beautiful healthy girl is finally here i think of her whenever I listen to brandons' sweet calming voice. Not many bands can do that to somebodys heart. Hope she will be a big fan like her mummy. She did she them live in vegas at 16 weeks gestation after all. :)
"Tell the devil that he can go back from where he came, His fiery arrows drew their bead in vain" is just such a good line, I was hooked ever since I heard it.
I'll never get tired of this video, I just like the fact that girl saves boy and not boy saves girl just once. And I also love the song and handsome Brandon of course
love this video and the message, sometimes we just have that one person in our lives that no matter what, thick or thin, is there for us to pick us up, save us. real love knows no limits
Jesus Christ this song is actually beautiful! The lyrics really got me.. Ten years ago when this was released I was too busy drooling over Brandon on this video but now I'm actually paying more attention to the lyrics and they speak to me a lot more now that I'm older.
The way they look at each other when he sings "lay your body down" gets me every time. There's something so incredibly sensual and sweet about that line, something so warm and loving and captivating that it strikes you and makes you...feel
There's a still in the street outside your window You're keeping secrets on your pillow Let me inside, no cause for alarm I promise tonight not to do no harm I promise you babe, I will do you no harm And we're caught up in the crossfire of Heaven and Hell And we're searchin' for shelter Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Watching your dress as you turn down the lights I forget all about the storm outside Dark clouds roll their way over town Heartache and pain came a-pouring down like hail, sleet and rain, yeah They're handing it out And we're caught up in the crossfire of Heaven and Hell And we're searching for shelter Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down And tell the Devil that he can go back from where he came His fiery arrows drew their bead in vain And when the hardest part is over, we'll be here And our dreams will break the boundaries of our fear The boundaries of our fear Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down Lay your body down... next to mine
Brandon Flowers (and yes, The Killers) have made such a positive impact on my life, especially musically!!! Brandon is the PRIME reason why I like to sing in front of people. I am hoping that one day, my dream of becoming a Musician comes true.
This song is very emotional when you listen to the lyrics. As a Christian, feels like I am in the crossfire and it is Jesus who provides me with shelter. Thank you Jesus
UNDERRATED???....by who??...it has 20 million views. Wanna see a real underrated mellow song??....google anything by an artist we rate called Jasmine Lamport....BREATHE, STRONG and WHY? for starters...she has a pretty exceptional voice...SWEET.
I love film, and it's obvious that--in the right hands--music videos ARE short film art. The Killers/Brandon Flowers never fail to hit the mark when making art--not just in the music, but in the videos as well. Obviously they're not necessarily writing/directing/producing said music videos... but whomever they have handling the vid biz, that person deserves a raise.
Brandon Flowers, I send this thanks to u, u gave my dad some of his 'love for music' on his funeral. This song was played on repeat on my phone and mind over these last few days... And I just want to thank u for this amazing song. Thank you, R.I.P dad xx
Here after hearing it first 10 years ago. This vid is such a perfect metaphor of the struggle of love and how the true feeling means that whenever one of the couple is down or has done something stupid, the other one shows up to just save the day and the love itself. And it does not need to be extreme saving: it can be patience when your partner is in bad mood, getting him/her up and showing the direction. It happened to me so many times when I was down and my wife just stood there by my when my demons possessed me, patiently not shouting at me - and lifted me up eventually. Thank you, Kasia.

I believe Dhani Harrison George's son is the bassist and another well-known musicians son is the guitarist? The Flamingo album balances out the sounds including a sweepy snare (?) and the base is clearer than on the live versions. AND, the Jay Leno live vid and others highlight the guitar sounds but Dhani Harrison is clearly in focus: The music is terrific!
Wow, this has always been my favorite song. My mom used to sing his songs in the car. I’m a Brandon fan because of her. Now I’m the one who sings his songs. He looks adorable in this video.
So underrated he has it all a great voice and can sing anything up temp or slow. This solo album cemented my love for Brandon and The Killers. Can’t believe this song came out what 12 years ago damn time flies. And he’s still making great music today.
One of my top 15 Songs of all time - so underrated !! . This is one of these songes , which pushes you forward in every situation . And if you´re down - no problem ! Beautiful Charlize will come to save you ! Thanks Brandon for this MASTERPIECE !!
The song and the music video work hand in hand to carry the tale of a man at odds with his demons, literally being held hostage & tortured by them and how this woman who believes in him will fight to save him from them. Strong stuff.
Brandon Flowers is an excellent singer. To be a good singer on a recording is one thing, but he sounds this good live, and that is how I know he is an excellent singer.
In the middle of my work, this song came to mind.... and i haven't listened to it for such a long time... what a song, always brings some old feelings.... the type of feelings that are happy and sad... at the same time. is that even possible? :)
I saw this video something like 8 years ago and still I think It''s one of a kind, the way the song enhances the video and the video enhances the song is something so tight and peculiar that I am struck everytime, even in 2021. The photography, the plot, the repetition, the cinematography, the beauty of the two.....oh guys!!!still hyped!!!

omg....... the nostalgia from watching this mv!! loved when i was 12 y.o and still love it today with 22! its been so long since i've listened to it. it hits different now ❤❤
I dedicate that song to all the badass Best Friends, partners and family members who always and will always have your back no matter how fucked up life and things get! #Respect
Not fond of imagined back stories. But this one seems to demand one. She appears responsible for his dilemmas. Hence the tentative look on her face after every rescue as she eyes his response. And his, at least at the beginning, indifference as they drive away.
I remember serving a mission for my church in Zimbabwe my companion used to play this song every morning and i didn't like it, and now it brings tears to me of all the memories i heard 😢😢
