Matte white/black makes the cartoon effect pop more, I've never painted a body before, I would even go so far as to compound the outside so it doesn't seem shiny

Next time you mess up. Use a Q tip and some rubbing alcohol to clean up the lines. The alcohol removes the paint and doesn’t mess up the lexan
