Brandon Lee son of Bruce Lee - On The Big Breakfast show .1992 Interviewed By The late Paula Yates the ex-wife of Bob Geldof. And girlfriend of Michael Hutchence. Brandon Lee , Paula Yates, Michael Hutchence R.I.P
Well she's the kind of lady I'd like to gag and lock her up in the closet, but I'll regret it later cuz she'd accuse me of rape and all that non sense. Maybe I should just offer her some heroin
The reporter in this, Paula Yates, was married to Michael Hutchens from the massive group INXS, who committed suicide in 1986. She to died, in 2000 of a heroine overdose. Many people believe it was suicide. Thus, both people in this video are now gone, so so sad. Brandon Lee was who I wanted to be as a kid, I was 13 when he passed and to this day I still feel I deep sense of sadness and absolutely gutted for him. He would have had a huge career and been a brilliant actor of all genres. RIP.
His dad is my hero. Guaranteed his dad was so proud of him. Brandon wasn't just great at action. He had very real acting chops and no doubt would have continued to make amazing films.
He sadly never got the chance to step out of his father's shadow. He looked uncomfortable with all the questions about his father until she asked him what he actually wanted to do besides doing Kung Fu action stuff. This man would have been huge had he lived. I watched The Crow yesterday for the first time and knew that he died before the movie was finished. I felt sad every time I saw him, seeing him giving an Oscar worthy performance in that movie made me realize that after that movie he wouldn't just have been Bruce Lee's son, he would be Brandon Lee, a man with his own legacy. One of the finest actors of our time.
But he’s totally Brandon and unique. He was so wise and well spoken. I think he’d have been perfect for so many roles much like Heath Ledger but we never got the privilege to see them grace the screen longer :( Brandon could have been the joker too or in a Batman film who knows 😯
Brandon would've made it big had he didn't die. All the way to the top leading man status. Like Keanu, Tom Cruise, Ryan Gosling or whoever heartthrob is suppose to be. Honestly, his martial arts can only go so far. Not as good as his father. No one is. What I saw of him is the acting route. Action(without emphasize on martial arts), Comedy, Drama, Romantic Comedy and such. His father wanted to be a top actor. Brandon would've been able to do that.
@@Mar.1634 and you know all this because? I'm not disagreeing with you. It's something I suspected all along but do you have evidence and sources to back that up?
when he smiles you could see bruce.....how fkn dumb is hollywood that they managed to 'accidentally' kill bruce lee's only son. Whoever was responsible for the pistols safety i hope they feel the guilt of this for 10 generations srsly.

yh but when g w bush killed 200,000 human beings bet you didnt have any feelings whatsoever towards that...weirdo
It would have REALLY been nice if in just one interview, the interviewer never mentioned his father. I think he would have just appreciated an interview about him. She cut him off when he started to talk about art school. It wasn’t just her but I have not seen one interview that was just about him. We know his dad was legend but someone should have actually talked to Brandon for Brandon. IMO
I used to love The Big Breakfast, but this was just awkward. Brandon Lee was awesome just like his dad. He wouldve been a massive star. Such a huge shame how early he and his dad left us. Really makes me sad.
Boss: interview brandon lee Me: ARE YOU CRAZY HE A JEET KUNE DO FIGHTER WHAT IF I ASK OR SAY OR DO SOMETHING WRONG Brandon: HEY Me: hhhhheeyyyy *nervous and anxious tone*
The Big Breakfast wasn't known for its in depth or thought provoking interviews. It was aired first thing in the morning, and was light hearted entertainment at best.
I love you Brandon my prince 👑✨
we need more charismatic, mentally stable, morally decent artists like him in movies and less of corporate bootlickers who take park in political defamation campaigns and stalinist gaslightning of the masses.
like many people i also became a fan of Brandon Lee . My favourite movie of his was Legacy of Rage. You have a chance to do a good interview with the son of Bruce Lee . I know you have passed away Yates but you asked Brandon some really stupid questions and you also look bored. Brandon came across as a smart man . RIP Brandon and Yates .

If Brandon were alive, I can see him doing one action film where the villain is played by Paula Yates and she'd constantly comment on his washboard abs. Oh yeah, Paula Yates would have to be alive also.
This guy would of played as an amazing Garuda character?. Everything thing now a day's feel's so cheesy when someone try to be like Bruce Lee & Brandon Lee...
@@odieoreilly I agree. 😥 And from my perspective, Brandon also could’ve made an awesome Dracula in a *Dracula* movie (since he did an awesome job as Eric Draven in the 1994 film *The Crow* and as Jake Lo in the 1992 film *Rapid Fire* as well). I can definitely see Brandon playing a vampire with the fangs, the red eyes and the hypnosis. 😎
