The only thing that sounds like premier on this beat is high hats used. Even though they are played in a premier would never play them in.

Also the snare. He used this one in many songs during late 90's till late 2000's. But i agree this song doesn't sound like a Premier's song.

@@alexmason6191 oh yeah, that snare was used in the song "all for the cash". But I think there is another random snare underneath from time to time.
