Branson Missouri knife making at Silver Anvil. 

In Branson MO doing some rest and relaxation. My wife booked a knife making class with Jo Smith at Silver Anvil. Jo was on several different TV shows and has won many competitions with his knife making skills. Class was about an hour, and being able to hold a blade you made yourself is super cool. If you are in the area, it was a lot of fun, and Jo definitely kept it entertaining.
