OG Brat Pack member Andrew McCarthy reunites with his famous co-stars, including Emilio Estevez, Demi Moore, Rob Lowe and Ally Sheedy, to relive the height of their fame and the fallout from it in 'Brats,' coming to Hulu on June 13.
I love that movie 🎥🍿 like all the 80s movies was awesome I can't watch it over over and over again that's how 80s movies is a great 80s movies 🍿🎥🎬🎞️🎞️🎞️🎥⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😎😎
I always thought that they could make a Saint Elmo‘s fire part two. One that shows these guys after they went through their lives did their lives make it to their expectations. Did they lose touch with each other? A continuation could’ve been very dramatic for those characters and then could be a whole new set of layers.
After looking at various sources and cross-referencing filmographies this is the Brat Pack , starting with the cast of Ordinary People (1980): Timothy Hutton Elizabeth McGovern Adam Baldwin Sean Penn Tom Cruise Nicolas Cage Crispin Glover Eric Stolz Ilan Michael-Smith Rob Lowe Emilio Esteves Patrick Swayze Matt Dillon C. Thomas Howell Ralph Macchio Diane Lane Chris Penn Lea Thompson Alan Ruck Andrew McCarthy John Cusack Mathew Broderick Ally Sheedy Vincent Spano Mathew Modine Kiefer Sutherland Anthony Michael Hall Molly Ringwald Jaimi Gertz Demi Moore Jon Cryer Charlie Sheen Robert Downey Jr. Jenny Wright Elizabeth Shue Kevin Bacon Jennifer Grey Val Kilmer Judd Nelson Kevin Dillon Mary Stuart Masterson James Spader Frank Whaley This list isn’t based on who was more marketable, or who was a better actor, or who was the star, or co-star, etc. It’s the frequency in which each worked together. These actors represented my generation, Gen X. Something each member should be proud of. BTW, Over The Edge in 1979 starred Matt Dillon and Vincent Spano. So that came before 1980’s Ordinary People. Frank Whaley was a late-comer but starred in some films with other members in the late 80s and early 90s. Could be considered apart of the second wave which included the two Corey’s, Feldman and Haim, Winona Ryder, Martha Plimpton, the late River Phoenix, Christian Slater, Sean Astin, Keanu Reeves, Ethan Hawke, and Kerri Green. There was a lot of crossover between the old and new. Members continue to work together decades later. *Apologize if I left anyone out.
The Boys returns in Australia on June 13 as well. Luckily I have that to watch because we don't have Hulu so it'll probably take a while for this to be aired here :(
