They are both good. It’s all down to preference of brand but I found this trimmer to be a complete product with all its attachments and razor as well

I reckon u have a faulty one buddy, might need to take it back if it's new and exchange it

@@allydz it already worked, I opened it and turned te motor manually to help it start, after that it went smoothly
