Yessss, I was molested by my grandfather between 6-11 years old. It opened up a spirit of perversion and sin in my life! I hated men and literally wanted to screw them over! I did not know to channel my hate in essence I hurt myself! But GOD changed my life He showed me more love than I ever received from my family. The turning in my life was when GOD put it on my granfather's heart to ask for forgiviness from me on his death bed. I prayed for him and he passed that night! I just thank GOD HE intervened and not allowed my grandfather to die in His sins!!

@@giftw9758 I will never forget one time in particular...when I was an "atheist", I fell off a jet ski in Mexico, should have hit my head and went under, should have drowned, but I prayed! Then the next day I continued my life as if God didnt just save my life. There is a saying ,"there is no atheist on their death bed" and it is so true! God is good! And I am so grateful that I believe in Him with my whole heart! ❤

I recently got saved and also have always been attracted to girls. I never felt it to be wrong. I embraced it as just who I am, despite so much criticizm. After being saved, I'm starting to feel truly convicted. not from outside pressure but just the dissapointment of sinning against God. Still haven't broken up with my gf and best friend, we've been together over 3 years. But I feel a strong conviction. I still want to have her as a friend though if it's possible. it's so hard but thanks to finding this woman here on youtube (I believe God showed me on purpose) I feel like it'll be worth it even if it hurts. whether I become attracted to and marry a man, or remain celibate for life. First of all, Jesus Christ is our Father, and He loves us just the way we are but Can't use us the way we are, I could remember when I was 18yrs I asked God to allow me marry a girl even though I have never been with one (till date) Then he said It Simply means am no more God if I allow you marry a girl, I never understood it then, but now I understood what it was,and HE told me the day you will be with a girl, you Will Die Spiritually and physically. That was years ago till now it has kept me away from girls even though I desired them before not anymore they disgust me (sexually). He showed me so many things and told me a lot of things .so Am grateful He Found me,I JUST WANT HIM TO TAKE MY LIFE FOR HIS USE.
I had sexual encounters with my cousins/siblings when i was little many times. I was led into porn and masturbation at such a young age. Around my teen years I was depressed, suicidal, drank alcohol, took my parents prescription drugs and had such a bad attitude towards my parents. I was filled with gossip and body image problems. I was a lukewarm christian and didn't lean on God as much as I needed to. Jesus reached me through the Christian tiktokers. The tiktoks taught me things, convicted me and led me to eventually reading my bible. I always tried to read my bible but I thought it was so boring. Not even gonna lie i came to Christ because i was afraid of going to hell. But God revealed to me all the grace he has been doing in my life. He led me to him and chose me even though i was deserving of death. Now im a 15 year old saved black woman in Christ. This is probably the most peace and happiness i felt mentally and spiritually in awhile. I had to learn this through my journey but Christianity is not a religion but a relationship and now I depend on Jesus for everything I do. Even helping me find my mom's phone case lol. Its just awesome knowing that i can always lean on a person who loves me and couldn't love me any less or more!
I had to pause this around 4:50 and weep...the feelings you had about suppressing your homosexual sin, the wrestling, the struggling...that is how I felt...I felt so alone with my besetting sin, it wasn't homosexuality, but it was sexual immorality nonetheless. I felt so dirty about my sexual immorality but after watching this I kind of am feeling like it's selfish to withhold telling God's power because of fear of judgement. I just have to tell God's truth so others can get free as well

Reminds me of 1 Thessalonians 1:9 where the apostle Paul says the Thessalonians turned to God from idols. Notice the movement - they didn’t turn from idols to God, but to God, from idols because....they may turn from one idol just to turn to another idol, just to turn to another idol. But...when you turn to God, He reels you in and cleans you up and sets you upright! Glory to His name.

What Jackie is describing is no different than having a FOOD addiction! Her testimony can be used in every part of life where we, unconsciously, use one thing to hide or replace another.
@@ceejay9641 The entire testimony speaks to what I see, but I am going to pin point a few using one of the other greatest temptation to man: FOOD. 8:48 Over-eating is a sin, 12:22 yet we find comfort in it, and in that comfort, we can't find the peace that we seek... we are uncomfortable from the weight gained and the dieting to try to be in control. 17:49 FOOD is the idol that we worship in this sin that we think we can't give up, and there is a consequence to this sin...the more we eat, the more we want to eat; the pork, the candy, the chips, the fried chicken, the cake, and the pies all sooth our soul; or so we think. Watching and hearing her rightly devide the word of God reminded me of Phillipians 1:21=For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain. It's so easy to say that we must die daily to sin, but I love how she brought out the meaning of Grace being applied as well as mercy. This was deep but I don't mind getting schooled by people who are annointed and appointed. Thank you Jackie for sharing such an intimate salvation story with us. Beautifully honest. How freeing the truth is. Thank you . We almost all have sexual issues that we need to go to Loving God with - lust mainly -to fill a God Love void. We are mostly all of us (90%) messed up but redeemable. God is good and God isn’t like us humans who are so prone to self-righteousness and judgement.

I know!! I grew up in a church where smiling big was considered showy. LOL!! I still cant bring myself to get rowdy in church, but I will raise my hand to Heaven if feeling a spiritual moment. THAT would have probably gotten me added to the prayer list...the one where we pray someone "gets right" LOL! I'm very light...a red head and know the church she is joking about. We show we are spirit filled by nodding our heads to the message. LOL!! I have loosened up a bit now that the family has all gone to Heaven to wait for me...I'm sure there will be a meeting when I get there. My great uncle the Southern Baptist minister will be probably lead it.
